What Are Your Hours?


We are available by email and phone. Our operation hours are Monday throiugh Friday, 9am-7pm cst.




What Are Your Payment Methods?


We accept all debit and major credit cards; our payments go through Square.




What Is Your Refund Policy?


We do not provide refunds, nor do we transfer money. Please read our Terms & Condition for our Refund Policy.




Do I Need To Make Monthly Payments?


Yes, our payment plan is on a set scheduler for every month for 60 days before Travel. But you can pay your trip in full.




Is There A Processing Fee?


Yes, there are processing fees, as we are using square as our processer their fee is 2.9% +.30.




Do You Take Payments Over The Phone?


We at MG Getaways do not take payments over the phone, all payments must be paid online. This is for your protection and for our company protection to insure there is no fraud.




Will My Trip Get Cancel For Non-Payment?


Yes, after 2 months of non- payment your trip will be canceled, and you will forfeit all payments and deposits. It’s best to contact us by email to let us know when you would like to pay.




What If My Roommate Cancels On Me?


If your roommate cancel’s your room/cruise cabin will have to be adjust to single occupancy rate, you are also able to replace roommate after your roommate have canceled.




How Long Will It Take To Receive My Itinerary?


You will receive itinerary approximately 30 days before Travel.




Will I Be Required To Sign Terms & Conditions?


Yes, all participants are required to sign our Terms & Conditions. If this form is not signed and submitted within 24-48 hrs. you will forfeit your deposit (No expectations!).




Do You Provide Roommates?


No, we do not provide roommate matching.




Do You Offer Travel Insurance?


We recommend all participants purchase travel insurance; we are affinities with travel insurance companies. However, we are not insurance brokers. Click here to view our Travel Insurance Referral list.




What If I Cannot Make My Final Payment On The Due Date?


If for some reason you are not able to make final payment on due date, it is best you email (clients@mggetawys.com) us in a timely manner and let us know, so we can see if we can assist you further. This may not be a guarantee if you wait until too close to the cut-off time.




Do I Need A Passport For International Travel?


Yes, depending on what destination you are traveling to, you need at least 6 blank pages. Click our Passport & VISAS link for details and more information.




How Do I Cancel My Trip?


All cancellations must be formally emailed (clients@mggetawys.com) to us.




Is MG Getaways Certified Travel Agency?


Yes, we are we certified with CLIA.

Yes, we hold $1M general liability insurance policy and E&O insurance.
